Hello!
I’m Nicole Koncz, a Sydney-based designer with 8 years of experience primarily in broadcast motion graphics.
I animate graphics with storytelling and rhythm at the forefront of my mind.
I love clear ideas, good visual taste, and animation that actually has a reason to move. Sometimes that means big, bold concepts. Other times it’s zooming in and tweaking the tiny details until it feels good.
I’m comfortable working solo and also enjoy collaborating with teams, bouncing between 2D and 3D animation to suit the idea.
Over the past eight years, I’ve been working at ABC News, creating graphics across flagship programs such as 7.30, Four Corners, Planet America, and of course the daily news. It’s taught me how to think fast, communicate ideas clearly, and make things look good even when deadlines are very tight.
